Dr. Crouch is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Veterinary Orthopedic Society and a charter member in the Canine Shoulder Society and the Veterinary Arthrology Advancement Association.
