Pet Harmony is Animal Compassion Network’s answer to pet stores!

Pet Harmony is a new kind of pet store. Our puppies, kittens, cats, and dogs for adoption are cute, healthy, well behaved, and best of all — rescued. Purebreed or mixed breed: your perfect pet is here! Come see our terrific selection of animals changing daily.

Our rescued pets live in foster homes and take turns visiting Pet Harmony. Our cats and kittens stay in Kitty City, our Pet Harmony habitats, for a week or two, because they don’t like the daily transport. Our foster dogs come to play in the Pet Harmony Dog Park every day and then go home to their foster families at night.

Please check out all of the animals available for adoption through Animal Compassion and then contact us to see when that cat or dog will be at Pet Harmony. We can also arrange for you to meet the pet who has stolen your heart in between Pet Harmony visits.

We know so many of you want to adopt a humane society pet in particular, but have a hard time visiting our local shelter. Through our partnership with Asheville Humane Society, many of the cats in our adoption room have been pulled from the local shelter and shelter dogs visit several days a week. We love that they get a day out of the shelter to come and play and get extra exposure for adoption.

Best of all, none of the rescued animals at Pet Harmony, including the rescued shelter dogs, are ever under threat of euthanasia. ACN is a safe-for-life organization, meaning that our foster animals stay in foster care until adoption. And even after adoption, they will always be guaranteed a foster space with ACN – even if it is 10 years after an adoption – if they ever need to be returned.

We want you to relax, spend time with our animals and take your time deciding if one of them is the perfect match for your family. At Pet Harmony, there are no worries – for you or our rescued pets!

Heart Sponsorships - Give Your Heart to an Animal in Need

Donate a heart plaque to Pet Harmony.  This is the area's first pet store to exclusively offer rescued pets for adoption. Your tax-deductible donation will help Animal Compassion Network find loving homes for deserving second-chance pets at Pet Harmony, the pet store for rescued pets. You may also purchase quality pet food and supplies at Pet Harmony, where all of the profits are rolled right back into animal rescue.

Each recipient of a gift Heart Sponsorship will receive a certificate announcing your thoughtfulness. Tax-deductible Heart Sponsorships start at only $100, and are also available for $250, $500, $1,000 and $5,000; the size of the plaque increases with the dollar amount.

Or you can sponsor a whole doggie play area or cat habitat with your tax-deductible donation! Imagine their surprise to see you've donated an entire cat habitat in their honor!
