TNR has proven to be the most effective and humane method to deal with the issue of feral cats. When you contact Freinds2Ferals, their volunteers may not be able to return the call the same day but your call will be returned. Friends2Ferals volunteers assist folks in the order they are contacted and if they are very busy there may be a 2-3 week delay.
